LISTING PAPERWORK- I will contact you to discuss all paperwork; any questions and the decision of having a home stager stage your home.

MONDAY or TUESDAY– The Picture Virtual Tour for your property will take place. 

WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY– You will be contacted to finalize the showing instructions. 

THURSDAY– The Exit Spivey Professional Realty sign will be posted on your property.  Your virtual tour will be uploaded to our website (www.friendlymdrealtor.com) Thursday afternoon.

FRIDAY– Your home will be entered into the MLS System (homesdatabase.com) and we will begin advertising your property in all of our major publications, websites and your showings will start that day.
